The Food Equipment and Food Service Industries have been part of Sur-Seal®'s core business, providing engineered rubber, plastic, metallic products and components, since the company was founded back in 1965. Our designed OEM components are used in every phase of a meal, from preparation to clean up.
Over the years we have gained extensive knowledge and understanding of FDA, UL, and NSF requirements and approved materials. We have worked with antimicrobial additives, such as Microban, and have researched order-less and tasteless materials specifically for this market segment. Also, we have engaged in several types of inventory management programs and have worked actively with our customers to develop specific programs to respond to their evolving needs.
