Sur-Seal® isn't your typical business environment. There are no cube fields with walls so high you can only tell people are at their desk by the clicking of the keys. There is no hierarchy you have to go through to ask the President a question. And when someone needs a hand, they get two. Sur-Seal®, like its ownership, is a family.
This can be seen in the day to day goings on around Sur-Seal® as well as at any of our many company events. We like to make our company events less formal than the traditional, with things like the Sur-Seal® Chili Cook-off and the Sur-Seal® Fall Family Fun Day at the Metamora Corn Maze and Haunted Village.
We also watch out for each other like a family does, encouraging each other to live healthy with our Healthy Steps Walking program, and our Better Health Together, Sur-Seal’s 2011 Wellness Program.
