Information Technology at Sur-Seal® handles more than the traditional computer troubleshooting. Our IT department is also responsible for our software and databases, which in a manufacturing company is no small task.
Sales
Our sales team consists of more than just the sales force; it also includes customer service and works closely with Engineering.
New Business Development
As the name would indicate the department is responsible for developing new business. The activities include things like marketing, website design and maintenance, publicity, trade shows, and pretty much anything that will get Sur-Seal® more exposure to customers in our target markets.
Research & Development
The department responsible for the development of our proprietary blends and designs, researching new material options for our customers, and leading the charge on new technology.
Supply Chain
Manages Vendor relations, materials, pricing, Planning & Scheduling, and more.
Enterprise Excellence
Enterprise Excellence drives “Our World Class Journey” and our Visual Management initiatives.
Engineering Solutions
Our engineers assist our customers with design, re-design, and material selection for their parts. They put the solutions in “Solutions in Rubber and Plastic”.
Production
The production department at Sur-Seal® consists of the people who bring all of our efforts to reality. They handle everything from making our parts, to boxing and shipping them.
Human Resources
Human resources handles hiring, payroll & benefits, and manages our coaching program.
